We’re tucked away up in Far North QLD, and our trusty mail plane lands on our private airstrip every Monday. That’s when your order heads out with Australia Post.

• If your size is in stock, it’ll be flying out on the next Monday run.

• If we need to order it in, no worries — it usually takes 2–3 weeks, then it’ll be on the very next plane.

Returns & Exchanges

We put in the hard yakka to show our gear on all sorts of ages, shapes, sizes and skin tones, so you can pick the piece that feels just right for you. But hey, sometimes it just doesn’t hit the mark — no dramas. We don’t do refunds, but we’re more than happy to tee up an exchange for another size, colour or style.

How to Swap It Out

1. Flick us an email at kaila@outbackorchids.com.au within 30 days of getting your order.
2. Pop your order number in there so we know who’s who. 
3. Once we give you the go-ahead, send the item back in mint condition — unworn, tags still on, and packed up nicely.
4. Shoot us the tracking number when you post it so we can both keep an eye on it.

A Few Things to Note

• Exchanges depend on what’s in stock, but we’ll do our darndest to get you sorted. 
• Return postage is on you, mate — unless we’ve mucked something up or the item’s faulty, then of course we’ll cover it. 
• Once your return lands back with us and gets the thumbs up, we’ll get your fresh piece on the road to you quick smart.

That time allows for careful craftsmanship and also accounts for the reality of our remote Far North Queensland home, where the freight takes a little extra time on its journey from the bush to your door. By pre-ordering, you help us support small-scale production and Australian designers, and you ensure you never miss out on the perfect piece.
