SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the remoteness of our location and the nature of our products, deliveries may take 1-8 weeks for delivery.

Interstate deliveries will need to be chemically treated and inspected by a QLD biosecurity officer before postage. This may cause a delay in delivery. You will be contacted about estimated dates for inspection and delivery. Potted Black Orchids will be posted bare-rooted due to biosecurity regulations.

When we send your order, you will receive an email with a parcel label number so that you can track the current status of your shipment.

Small and medium Black Orchids will be posted via Australia Post on a Monday. Large and Extra-large Black Orchids will be posted via a delegated courier.

Australia Post and our selected courier service for your order require a signature - unless you specify otherwise when placing your order. If you request a parcel be left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi-storey building) and the name of the company as Australia Post or the courier will return to sender if you do not make these details clear.

We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge for standard registered post or express post. The cost of redelivery will be quoted to you prior to reposting. Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by the shipping provider. We cannot guarantee these delivery times.
