POSTAGE & DELIVERY
THE SHIPPING JOURNEY
Small and medium Outback Orchids will be posted from the rural property via Australia Post on the SKYTRANS mail plane.
The plane does its weekly run to the Cattle Station each Monday.
Larger Outback Orchids are either professionally packed by Us or Pack and Send in Cairns, and delivered via Courier.
*These services are covered in the price for Australian East Coast Metro Areas only. Rural deliveries and WA, NT and SA might have an additional charge. Please contact us for confirmation.
*International deliveries will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your delivery details.
SA, WA, NT DELIVERIES
Due to the distance and timeframes of delivery, we need to express post your orchids to South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory. An additional cost will be charged, we are happy to provide a quote prior. Please contact us with your address for a quote.
PLANT BIOSECURITY CERTIFICATION
Interstate deliveries need to be inspected by a QLD biosecurity officer at the time of postage. This may cause a delay in delivery of up to three weeks as these orders are usually shipped once a month. Urgent interstate biosecurity shipping can be arranged, with an additional $90 AUD. Please contact us if you wish to get this priority service.
